About Tim Lewis

Tim Lewis brings more than 25 years of experience across real estate brokerage, investing, development, construction, and finance. Raised in a multigenerational real estate family with deep roots in brokerage and development, Tim acquired his first investment property in 1999 and began renovating and repositioning homes before expanding into ground-up residential development. He became a real estate broker in 2003 and has since completed more than 50 real estate investment transactions as a principal across East Coast markets, California, and Nevada.

Over the course of his career, Tim has worked across nearly every side of a real estate transaction, including as a real estate broker, sales manager, mortgage loan originator, private lender, home inspector, and appraiser. Combined with decades of investing his own capital, this experience gives him a unique perspective on property value, financing, construction, negotiation, risk, and development potential.

Today, Tim combines real estate representation with the perspective of an active developer and investor. His work in the Lake Tahoe region includes luxury residential development, land acquisition, major renovations, and subdivision projects. His development company also maintains architectural and interior design capabilities in-house, allowing his team to develop concepts, floor plans, renderings, design packages, and permitting drawings. This hands-on background allows Tim to look beyond comparable sales to understand not only what a property is today, but what it could become.

Tim studied business at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, and has continued his professional education through Harvard Business School’s Credential of Readiness (CORe), MIT entrepreneurship programming, and Cornell’s Real Estate Development, Real Estate Investing 360, and Project Management 360 certificate programs. His continued studies complement decades of practical experience in entrepreneurship, investing, development, finance, and real estate.

Tim genuinely enjoys real estate and helping people make better decisions around it. Whether discussing a home, renovation, construction challenge, investment opportunity, or development concept, he is always happy to share his experience and perspective.

Tim lives full-time in Incline Village with his wife, Veronica, their daughters, Rosemary and Vera, and their chunky old bulldog, Blue. The Lewis family spends as much time outdoors as possible, boating, paddleboarding, and wakesurfing on Lake Tahoe, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and hiking and exploring the region throughout the summer. After living and investing in real estate across several parts of the country, they found the place they wanted to call home. Incline Village is their final stop, and they can’t imagine living anywhere else.
