Your Summer 2026 Guide to Live Music Around North Lake Tahoe
Summer in Incline Village and North Lake Tahoe isn’t just about the water — it’s about the music drifting across the pines, the sound of a guitar at golden hour, and impromptu dance floors with your toes in the sand. This season, the North Shore is overflowing with live music, from intimate wine bar sets to world-class orchestral performances. Here’s your complete guide to where the music is this summer — and yes, most of it is completely free.
Classical Tahoe | TICKETED • July 11 – August 9 | Ricardi Pavilion at UNR Lake Tahoe, Incline Village
If there’s one music event worth splurging on this summer, it’s Classical Tahoe. Now celebrating its 15th season, this acclaimed festival brings orchestral, jazz, and chamber music to the stunning Ricardi Pavilion right here in Incline Village — and the programming this year is exceptional.
The season opens July 11 with a Star-Spangled Soirée Summer Gala, followed by the Brubeck Jazz Summit (July 12–17) honoring the legacy of jazz legend Dave Brubeck. The orchestra then takes over through August 9, with highlights including Fire and Fantasy, Brahms’ First Symphony, and the intimate Ron & Maureen Ashley Oasis Chamber Music Series. There’s even a free community show — Chamber Connections on July 28.
Classical Tahoe is one of two ticketed series in this guide, and for good reason: the caliber of artists is extraordinary. Tickets and full schedule at classicaltahoe.org.
Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival - Showcase Series | TICKETED • July 6 – August 24 | Sand Harbor State Park, Incline Village
